Come into my world and check out this playlist of about 100 songs that I put together. This is not all the music or the only music and artist that I like but… these tracks have been getting me through the start of a new lifestyle caused by Covid-19. When I am getting in the zone to write I like a little incense (cough cough) and music. This playlist is what I am listening to right now writing this.
I am big into production and beats. This playlist consist of a lot of artist, Future, Foogiano, Doe Boy, 2316 Wuan, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott, Big Sean, Saint John, Yo Gotti, Kanye, lil Uzi, and a bunch more.
Supa Fly Mag has been in need of some diversity for a while and this post will provide just that.
“Tommy Botz”, an Ohio Country Music Artist, brings his own personal struggle with alcoholism and its consequences to light in song, with the Country/Gospel album, “Family and Friends”.
Unlike popular country music that promotes drinking beer and whiskey as a ways to deal with pain…he chooses to promote alternatives like music and God as a remedies for pain. His music is made to uplift those who are hurting. Botz relates to those who have lost their job, have no car or no license because living to drink was once his routine but… he gave it up. He turned to God and started making music.
If you like country music, have had problems with alcohol abuse, and love God check out this music from “Tommy Botz” maybe you can relate and it can uplift you without an alcoholic drink.
Tommy’s battle with the bottle and the lives that he impacted is discussed on the lead single “Maggie”:
Tommy also has another song out right now that he would like for you to check out it is called “He’s Coming Back” a country gospel song about the return of Jesus Christ. Singer Rose Marie, Tommy’s fiancé who has stood by his side for 30 years, sings on the powerful gospel song “He’s Coming Back”.
Grace Weber is a songstress with a soulful voice and is well known for her dope covers of popular songs from artist including Stevie Wonder and India Irie… this post is to highlight her cover for Frank Oceans “Forrest Gump”.

“A$AP ANT” is going on his “Global Distortion” Tour and has released merchandise in collaboration with the “Marino Infantry” brand.
I am not hip to all A$AP Mob members but…A$AP is a well known crew and is considered the modern day Wu-Tang Clan of rap. The rap crew has popular members such as A$SAP Rocky and Ferg who I am familiar with and who both have music that I enjoy regularly.
Below is a music video from “A$AP Ant” called Global Distortion.
This merch is only AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME so…..grab something right now!
Song was brought together by GRAMMY nominated producer Arun Shenoy and features acclaimed co-producer Matthew Shell, Lonnie Park on keys/vocals, Marcus Mitchell on sax, David Joubert on synth, Glenn Welman on drums, Hector Ruano on bass guitar, and Samituru on electric guitar. The group is known as “The Groove Project”.
My thoughts on this smooth composition include enjoyable…smooth…and has killer sax, synth, and guitar solos….. I do not usually listen to “Jazz music” but I do listen to hip-hop that has been influenced by jazz music.
Kanye West, Common and The Roots are some groups, that I enjoy, who often use samples from jazz music.
I enjoyed listening to this song a lot.
If you like Jazz I’m sure you can appreciate “Pilot” by “The Groove Project”.
