I was bored this past Saturday April 18, 2020 With the quarantine order in place by the government I had to finally get some fresh air and get outside. So … I went for a long range 10-15 mile bike ride on my Electric Motor Bike.
Cycling is something I do for exercise and transportation. The small motor adds faster speeds and excitement to an ordinary bike ride. I pedal continuously while I’m riding to increase my heart rate for cardio purposes.
I have a small tire size and my bike is extremely compact. I designed it to be that way. That was my goal.
I had a great ride this day. My tires were pumped up and the temperature was in the mid 50’s. It was mostly sunny in the sky with some clouds.
Riding down Martin Luther King Boulevard in Cleveland, Ohio was great. On this bike way, closest to the lake, there are monuments dedicated to the different nations around the world that help make the diverse population and rich history of Cleveland. There is alway construction happening here. It is always expanding and new monuments or additions continuously pop up. It is a nice place for sight seeing.

Remember not to long ago I shared some music with you from an innovative smooth jazz collective titled “The Groove Project” fronted by, GRAMMY nominated, artist Arun Shenoy?
Well… his powerhouse collective, including Matthew Shell, Lonnie Parks, and Marcus Mitchell just released two new singles that I am excited to share with you here. If you like blended and unobtrusive “smooth jazz”…. this post and the sounds of the “Groove Project” are definitely for you.
The first song I would like to share is “To be A Bird”.
Listening to these tracks was very enjoyable.Great background music for a social dinner party or playing on loud when at a dance party .It is simply good sounding high quality jazz music for any occasion that will grab you by the ears.
Please view more from the Arun Shenoy and “The Groove Project” here
Song was brought together by GRAMMY nominated producer Arun Shenoy and features acclaimed co-producer Matthew Shell, Lonnie Park on keys/vocals, Marcus Mitchell on sax, David Joubert on synth, Glenn Welman on drums, Hector Ruano on bass guitar, and Samituru on electric guitar. The group is known as “The Groove Project”.
My thoughts on this smooth composition include enjoyable…smooth…and has killer sax, synth, and guitar solos….. I do not usually listen to “Jazz music” but I do listen to hip-hop that has been influenced by jazz music.
Kanye West, Common and The Roots are some groups, that I enjoy, who often use samples from jazz music.
I enjoyed listening to this song a lot.
If you like Jazz I’m sure you can appreciate “Pilot” by “The Groove Project”.
