Remember not to long ago I shared some music with you from an innovative smooth jazz collective titled “The Groove Project” fronted by, GRAMMY nominated, artist Arun Shenoy?
Well… his powerhouse collective, including Matthew Shell, Lonnie Parks, and Marcus Mitchell just released two new singles that I am excited to share with you here. If you like blended and unobtrusive “smooth jazz”…. this post and the sounds of the “Groove Project” are definitely for you.
The first song I would like to share is “To be A Bird”.
The second song I would like to share is “First Flight”.
Listening to these tracks was very enjoyable.Great background music for a social dinner party or playing on loud when at a dance party .It is simply good sounding high quality jazz music for any occasion that will grab you by the ears.
Please view more from the Arun Shenoy and “The Groove Project” here
Song was brought together by GRAMMY nominated producer Arun Shenoy and features acclaimed co-producer Matthew Shell, Lonnie Park on keys/vocals, Marcus Mitchell on sax, David Joubert on synth, Glenn Welman on drums, Hector Ruano on bass guitar, and Samituru on electric guitar. The group is known as “The Groove Project”.
My thoughts on this smooth composition include enjoyable…smooth…and has killer sax, synth, and guitar solos….. I do not usually listen to “Jazz music” but I do listen to hip-hop that has been influenced by jazz music.
Kanye West, Common and The Roots are some groups, that I enjoy, who often use samples from jazz music.
I enjoyed listening to this song a lot.
If you like Jazz I’m sure you can appreciate “Pilot” by “The Groove Project”.

This post was made possible in part by “Torch Smokes N Vapes”. Follow them on Instagram or visit the shop to get all your recreational vaping and smoking needs.
I started vaping as an alternative to smoking cigarettes.I wanted to improve my health and quitting cigarettes is at the top my of my list on things to quit. Below I will share my opinion and experiences while vaping with “Beard Gains” Brand vape/e juices.
Beard Gains vape/E juice was suggested to me by @TorchVapesnsmokes so I decided to give the brand and their juices a try.I like to vape .3% nicotine content vegetable glycerin based ejuices and I use an unregulated mod stick.
What do I look for in vape /e juice?
I go for big flavor and a thick cloud when selecting an ejuice.I mostly enjoy desert flavors that resemble cakes and cookies. Most fruit flavors are to sweet for my liking so I usually don’t choose them.
Also with so many choices I try to experiment every once In a while with a new flavor or brand.
Below I give short reviews on 3 vape/E juices from the “Beard Gains” brand.
All juices had a medium level of flavoring meaning the flavors are noticeable but not overwhelming.
Dragons Milk (Pears/Kiwi)
This e juice is 60/40 vegetableglycerin/propoleneglycol mix and it has flavors of peach and Kiwi. The flavor was not overwhelming it was of medium intensity and I could barely taste the .3% of nicotine. The cloud density was medium not real thick but noticeable. The flavor is slightly sweet and has a peach flavor along with a slight kiwi taste.
This juice is a 60/40 mix.It doesn’t have a strong cinnamon flavor like I was expecting.I usually like cinnamon flavored Ejuices. I gave it a medium vapor rating.
It has a decently dense cloud but as far as flavor goes some hits were bland and uninteresting. It could use more of taste. I favored this one the least out of the flavors I tried from this brand.
Char Core (Double Apple)
It has a light apple flavor that is slightly sweet. It did not produce a very heavy vapor I rate it as medium.Liquid is a 60/40 vegetable glycerine blend. Some hits were bland and lacked flavor. You can taste apple but I have other juices with stronger flavor.
This brand is ok.A little more flavor would help in my opinion. As taste being the reason I choose a juice this brand was just ok.Flavor was not strong but present. If you don’t like the insanely sweet candy juices or sweet flavors then “Beard Gains” juices could be for you. They are light in flavors and have medium cloud production, for the needed throat hit, wanted by smokers.
