With the global pandemic happening there has been a huge emphasis by everyone to practice safety from the Covid-19 virus by washing their hands.
I saw a few ads promoting the “hand washing” movement that I enjoyed a lot so…to encourage you to be safe by washing your hands often I’m sharing 2 “hand washing song” videos.
The first song is from Dove and DJ Khalid. The second is from the Sesame Street crew. I hope you enjoy and please share!

I was bored this past Saturday April 18, 2020 With the quarantine order in place by the government I had to finally get some fresh air and get outside. So … I went for a long range 10-15 mile bike ride on my Electric Motor Bike.
Cycling is something I do for exercise and transportation. The small motor adds faster speeds and excitement to an ordinary bike ride. I pedal continuously while I’m riding to increase my heart rate for cardio purposes.
I have a small tire size and my bike is extremely compact. I designed it to be that way. That was my goal.
I had a great ride this day. My tires were pumped up and the temperature was in the mid 50’s. It was mostly sunny in the sky with some clouds.
Riding down Martin Luther King Boulevard in Cleveland, Ohio was great. On this bike way, closest to the lake, there are monuments dedicated to the different nations around the world that help make the diverse population and rich history of Cleveland. There is alway construction happening here. It is always expanding and new monuments or additions continuously pop up. It is a nice place for sight seeing.

Choosing the right color for a t-shirt or for your bedroom can be a very tough choice but using rules of “feng shui” can make that choice a lot easier.
(in Chinese thought) a system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (qi), and whose favorable or unfavorable effects are taken into account when siting and designing buildings.
If you are looking to add more flow to your life maybe adding elements of feng shui into your lifestyle could help.
Does this seem interesting to you? There are countless practitioners of feng shui that believe it works.
